Our client is one of the global leaders in robotics and automation technology and they are now looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for all the talent acquisition activities in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise recruitment partners for all the hiring needs of the business
- Drive employment branding initiatives
- Develop and strategize talent acquisition plans
- Responsible for recruitment and selection processes
- Source the right talents to fill the open positions and anticipate future hiring needs
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- At least 6 years of experience in the recruitment space, ideally both internal and external
- Experience in mid- to senior- level recruitment
- Experience in recruitment for Technology or Manufacturing industry has added advantage
- People management experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
