Our client is one of the global leaders in robotics and automation technology and they are now looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for all the talent acquisition activities in the region.


  • Manage and supervise recruitment partners for all the hiring needs of the business
  • Drive employment branding initiatives
  • Develop and strategize talent acquisition plans
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection processes
  • Source the right talents to fill the open positions and anticipate future hiring needs


  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • At least 6 years of experience in the recruitment space, ideally both internal and external
  • Experience in mid- to senior- level recruitment
  • Experience in recruitment for Technology or Manufacturing industry has added advantage
  • People management experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
