We are looking for a Sales/BD Manager who fosters a strong business relationship with customers and distributors. The incumbent should have the ability to develop new business and gain a profitable market share locally and regionally.
- Responsible for growing sales in key market assigned and developing new business locally.
- Understanding the targeted market potentials, plan and work with the team to achieve KPI objectives.
- Working closely with key clients and engineering partners on projects.
- Manage the department day-to-day operations.
- Develop sales pipeline and evaluate market trend analysis reports.
- Acquire new key products to scale the department's business goals.
- Achieve annual sales target set by the company.
- Communicate and manage the internal support team expertise to deliver the desired results.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Business Studies/Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of sales experience for pumps and/or compressor products.
- Self-motivating and driven individual.
- Familiar with direct sales in Petrochemical, O&G and Industrial (water, marine/offshore)
- Proven business acumen and ability to work independently.
- Willing to travel on short notice.
