We are looking for the next passionate Sales Engineer, VSD to join their growing team of professionals.
The ideal incumbent should have the following skills and knowledge:
- High level of expertise in LV Variable Speed Drive and Industrial Control System.
- Independent self-starter and a team player with great problem-solving skills
- Excellent business acumen with sales experience within the HVAC and Water Industry
Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Develop new accounts and manage existing distributors
- Provide technical and sales support to OEM, M&E, Developers, and System Integrators
- Drive business growth in the assigned markets (Singapore, Malaysia and Sri Lanka)
- Analyse performance-related data for performance improvements
- Conduct regular training updates, seminars, and visits
- Evaluate all new and existing clients, deep-dive into their requirements and deliver solutions
- Provide local market trends and activities to ensure the business remains competitive
- Handle other projects as assigned
Key Experience and Skills
- Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Must have at least 2 years of working experience in sales or business development of VSD products in the HVAC and Water Industry.
- Strong presentation and project management skills
- Clear communicator and a good negotiator
