Our client is a Japanese software company and they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring and training plan for the head count across ASEAN
- Setting of the hiring target
- Work closely with the Japan team and create the job descriptions for the roles you will be hiring.
- Handling of the candidate sourcing, candidate interviews and closing interviews
- Recruitment strategy and implementation for Singapore and Thailand
Desired Skills and Experience:
- At least 5-10 years of experience in the industry
- A Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or any related field
- TA/recruitment experience in Asia
- Proficiency and working experience in Japanese and English languages
- Good communication skills
- Logical and essential thinking
- Certain technology understanding and interest
