Our client is a Japanese software company and they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Hiring and training plan for the head count across ASEAN
  • Setting of the hiring target
  • Work closely with the Japan team and create the job descriptions for the roles you will be hiring.
  • Handling of the candidate sourcing, candidate interviews and closing interviews
  • Recruitment strategy and implementation for Singapore and Thailand


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in the industry
  • A Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or any related field
  • TA/recruitment experience in Asia
  • Proficiency and working experience in Japanese and English languages
  • Good communication skills
  • Logical and essential thinking
  • Certain technology understanding and interest
