Roles & Job Responsibility:

  • Organizes, plans, executes and produces the sales and marketing function of warehousing, transportation in support of company's corporate mission and goals
  • Develop sales business plan and monitor performance against targets and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs as required by the company
  • Responsible for generating revenue and profitability growth through developing new customer service business and offering suitable logistics service or solutions and maintains/ expands current profitable customer base
  • Perform market research to develop market intelligence data base and pricing
  • Carry out marketing strategies and business development across potential markets
  • Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals
  • Work closely with Operations Team to offer appealing, customer driven and cost effective logistics solutions to customers and ensure smooth and complete execution


  • To manage existing Japanese customers and hunt for new Japanese clientele to seek in sales expansion and therefore proficiency in Japanese is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing / Logistics or related field
  • Strong sales and marketing skill with at least 3-5 years of sales experience in warehousing and logistics
  • Good understanding of logistics concepts and capable of offering logistics solutions and value added prepositions at the most efficient cost for customers
  • Ability to work with own initiatives and in a team
  • Good organizational skills, results driven and customer focused
  • Strong hunter with relevant established network in logistics and warehousing fields and good understanding in Singapore retail market especially for products such as apparel, health supplement and cosmetics
  • Ability to negotiate profitable partner relationships (contracts) with regional and national logistics clients
  • Excellent communication, selling and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
