Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Champions the Employee Experience communication and processes
  • Drive culture building initiatives aligned with company philosophy, business objectives and employee engagement feedback
  • Manages the regional HR Shared Service function to support multiple countries and locations for all employee related activities
  • Provide expertise to support the development, design, implementation and administration of employee programs, practices and policies to meet the changing needs of the organization
  • Coordinate HRIS implementation and configurations to align systems with global HR processes and data management needs
  • Identify and document process improvements and automation opportunity for global HR processes at each stage of employee life cycle
  • Responsible for developing and managing employee data records in the HR system and in employee files
  • Acts as a point of contact for inquiries involving employee records
  • Develop reports to identify trends and target solutions
  • Responsible for troubleshooting HR processes and system issues
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Manages employee services and programs to support employee engagement and maximize the employment experience
  • Manage external vendor relationships, inclusive of negotiating contracts
  • Creates strategic alignment across regional sites with respect to employee services, programs, events and activities
  • Conduct pre- and post- event evaluations and report on outcomes
  • Assists with projects by creating and executing project work plans, identifying resources needed and assigning responsibilities
  • Reviews project deliverables prepared by team and manages project budget as applicable
  • Execute on Compensation and Benefits programs across the region in accordance with local country legislation
  • Manages the training & development administration in collaboration with global Talent Partners
  • Manages payroll execution in partnership with Finance
  • Manages HR governance in partnership with Legal and other stakeholders
  • Any other ad hoc projects and duties assigned from time to time.

Preferred Experiential Background

  • 10+ years HR experience with demonstrated proficiency in Human Resources workforce management processes and data relevant experience in Human Resources
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS systems, including the ongoing maintenance of system configurations to align with HR processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR employment law, regulations, and practices across Asia Pacific
  • Owns and drives continuous improvement and system-related projects
  • Project management experience required, including leading internal project teams
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate the activities of personnel within the function.
  • Excellent problem solving, verbal and written communications skills.
  • Possess communication skills that foster a strong team environment and create a high-trust and authentic sense of culture
  • Demonstrate understanding of data requirements, relationships, structure, and relational processing of various types of data within implemented solutions to ensure data accuracy
  • Thorough knowledge of and experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrable ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
  • Experience of working in a collaborative global matrixed organization
  • Coaching and mentoring skills are a must
  • Independent and prepared to roll up one's sleeves to perform hands-on job
