Our client is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the strategic planning and operations of all the HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of all the local HR functions
- Evaluate and drive the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage budget and social activity planning for employees
- Drive the core values of the company internally
- Manage the HR reports including employee's headcount and budget, KPIs, labour and recharge costs etc
- Improve and enhance the Training & Development framework
- Improve the HR functions to become a Centre of Excellence
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of HR management experience in any MNCs
- Strong experience in people management
- Good knowledge of employment acts and regulations
- Well- versed with compensation and benefits
- Good knowledge of SAP
