My client, an A1 Contractor is looking for a Assistant HR Manager.

Job Summary
This is a mid-level position and the person will be a supervisor leading the team of 4-5 executives. The person will provide guidance, coaching and leadership to the team to support all HR functions. Her responsibility includes but not limited to helping the team to review their work processes, establish proper SOP, initiate and manage mini HR projects to support operation improvement. Continue to drive the team towards achieving HR operational excellence. Also, the person will be the project champion for HR system migration.

1) Strong construction working experience is a must. At least 3-5 years of working experience in construction industry.
2) Well versed in Employment Act, regulations in work passes and employment standards and requirement
3) Hands-on person who understand HR operations well
4) Good and effective communication skills and interpersonal skills
5) Good written and spoken of English
6) Good presentation skills
7) Able to interact with Chinese speaking employees
8) Versatile, energetic, persevere, resourceful, creative are key attributes to this role
9) Numerically inclined with strong analytical skill
10) Supervisory experience is required
