Our client is one of the top Japanese real estate developers that operate globally.They have been involved with major development projects not only in Singapore but across APAC.

Responsibilities

  • HR Systems
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
    • Employment law monitoring
  • Hiring
    • Support the recruitment and selection process
    • Onboarding of new employees and conduct orientations
  • Appraisal System
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Evaluation and review annual performance evaluation systems
  • Culture
    • Culture design and development
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    • Examination of training content (selection of supplier / training content / trainee)
    • Development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or any related field
  • At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in HR generalist
  • Logical and essential thinking
  • Working experience using both Japanese and English would be an advantage
