Our client is a multinational public listed company. They are one of the leading technology provider in the payments industry offering several product lines from traditional POS terminals to complete software related services. Having to over achieved their revenue target year on year, they are now looking on how to grow the business even further. They are currently looking for a dedicated country manager for The Philippines market.

As a Country Manager, your will lead all sales and marketing activities and ensure that the annual revenue targets are met both quarterly and annually. You are expected to maintain strong relationship with all the key clients and develop new business opportunity to ensure continued growth and progress of the company. This role will also require you to oversee the recruitment and retention of employees and ensure that the standard of the company will always be on top of your priority. As the role will be reporting to the Managing Director of APAC in Singapore, you will be advised to provide a weekly update and provide some presentation of the market information upon request in the timely Manner.

To be shortlisted for the position, you must have at least more than 10 years of experience working in card banking or e-payments related industry with strong team management background. You are also expected to have strong communication, interpersonal and superb persuasion skills in order to achieved you the common goal.
