Key Responsibilities:
- Overall project management lead for regional 2nd party audits, overseeing and executing end-to-end processes including planning, executing, and coordinating all related second party projects
- Develop overall audit framework which includes audit plans, processes, checklists and requirements to be covered for clients' suppliers audit
- Work with scheduling team to co-manage resource deployment of Inspectors / Auditors
- Responsible for proper and organised compilation of audit findings and observations
- Review and ensure audits deliverables are on time, within scope and budget, meeting required service quality parameters and maximise financial returns
- Establish and maximise relationships with customers by committing a high level of service orientation
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Degree qualification with at least 4 years' project management and preferably having 2nd party audit experience across diverse industries
- Industry experience with e-commence, automotive, food manufacturing and service sectors will be preferred
- Demonstrated project management abilities and possess excellent people skills
