Assistant Manager, Administrative Office (Japanese Speaker)
Our client is one of the largest and powerful trading companies in the world and currently in their Singapore office, they are looking for an Assistant Manager, Administrative Office.
- Manage a team of Admin and sales support
- Propose new ideas/strategies on how to improve internal processes, IT, etc
- Support management members with travels booking and arrangements if necessary
- Translation and interpretation of Japanese to English and vice vera if necessary
- Communicate efficiently with HQ
- Coordinate projects with other offices in APAC
- Japanese proficiency to be able to communicate efficiently internally - JLPT 1/2
- Good understanding and experience working in a Japanese working/business environment
- 5-10 years of working experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, PA
- Team management experience
- Capable of multitasking and able to wear several hats
