Title: APAC Professional Service Manager
Location: Singapore

Our client is an global IT solutions company that provides solutions across various industries. They are currently looking for an APAC Professional Service Manager to work closely with APAC teams to achieve the region's global service revenue goals.

They are looking for someone with expertise in the cyber security and cloud business.


  • Not just implementing a project within the agreed time frame and budget but measuring business performance improvements
  • Drive the Asia Pacific Services execution strategy
  • Take actions to support short/mid/long term strategies
  • Maintain processes and customer engagement
  • Build strategic working relationships with key players in the region
  • Be the central point of contact for the Global Services organization
  • Ensure that customers are satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain appropriate infrastructure and processes to support continuous improvement of the services business
  • Coach, mentor, develop both direct and indirect reports


  • 5+ years' experience structuring, managing and growing a Professional Services team in channel oriented cyber security / cloud business
  • Experience in the cyber security, cloud or data center transformation domain
  • Excellent project management and customer relations skills
  • Strong planning & execution skills and ability to implement organisational and business strategies
